Vintage Owl Washington DC Spoon Rest Ashtray
The two Owls have movable black bead eyes. I believe this a spoon rest or an ashtray. There is a faded gold sticker on the back that reads “ A CAPSCO Product, Washington DC., Souvenir Item not For Use W/Food or Beverage Consumption Made in Japan”.
Condition Vintage with one small chip on front edge
